Before leaving your departing city, simply provide us with your flight information. We will track your flight in real-time, meaning you never have to worry about delays or early arrivals affecting your ride. Your driver will be waiting nearby in the commercial vehicle holding area just outside the terminal.

Midway Airport Pickup Procedure

1. We Text You Upon Arrival: Once your flight lands at O’Hare, our dispatch system or your assigned driver will send a text message directly to your cell phone.
2. Confirm Your Landing: Simply respond to the text to let us know that you have landed safely.
3. Stay in Touch: Keep in touch with us via text while you navigate the airport.
4. Ready for Pickup: Once you are fully ready to walk out to the curb, text us to initiate the pickup:
5. Meet Your Driver: We will text you back with a description of the vehicle ( Make Model, Color), and the exact terminal exit door where the driver will pull up to meet you. In most cases, your driver will arrive at the assigned door in under 10 minutes.

Important Caveat for International Arrivals:

If you are arriving on an International Flight, please reply to our initial text message to let us know you are off the plane. You must stay in regular contact with us via text while you clear Customs and Immigration. Once you have cleared customs and have collected all your luggage, send us a final text stating you are ready, and we will dispatch the driver to the designated Terminal 5 pickup lane.

If all passengers in your traveling party possess Global Entry, please make sure to inform us of this during the booking process. This helps us better anticipate your exit timeline and optimize your vehicle's dispatch window.
