Naperville Taxi, Inc. - Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Naperville Taxi, Inc. provides dispatch services connecting passengers with independent transportation providers. We strive to provide timely service, but pickup times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2. Booking and Cancellations

• Advance Bookings: Recommended at leats24 hours in advance for airport transfers.
• Cancellations: Please notify dispatch 1 hour prior (local) or 2 hours prior (airport) to avoid fees. For rides between 7PM and 9AM, a 12 hour notice is required.
• No-Show Fee: A minimum fare may be charged if the passenger is not present upon vehicle arrival.

3. Fares and Payment

Fares are determined by meter or flat rates. Passengers are responsible for all tolls, airport fees, and parking fees. Gratuity is at the passenger's discretion.

4. Passenger Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is disruptive or poses a safety risk. Damage to the vehicle (including cleaning fees) is the financial responsibility of the passenger.

5. Limitation of Liability

NAPERVILLE TAXI, INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY TRAFFIC, WEATHER, OR MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN OR MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN DISPATCH AND INDEPENDENT TRANSPORTATION DRIVERS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS LEFT IN VEHICLES.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the local ordinances of the City of Naperville.
